DTS Package security

Hi all,
is there a way to allow users to be able to look at the DTS packages but no
chages made to the packages?
Thanks a lot.Don't think so. The options on package security are user
password can just run, owner password can edit and run the
package.

It lookes like once someone became owner of the DTS package , he can modify
and delete the package even he has only datareader permission.
