DTS Import "" Delimiter Bug

I have a pipe delimited file that has text fields that are quantified with double quotes "" and after the 15th column, DTS seems to not know how to deal with the quotes and appears to be buggy. It will import a column and keep the quotes on or import it and the left quote will stay on and not the right. I had another fellow programmer look at it and he could not figure it out. Any ideas? is this a bug?It sounds like you have your text qualifier set. Change it to none.
